Project partner meeting in Lucerne
From 27 to 28/05/2010 the ENERBUILD project partners meeting took place at the District Council Hall in Lucerne. In this important environment important themes from the project ENERBUILD were presented and debated.
Meeting at the District Council Hall Lucerne
The morning of the first day was devoted to the presentation of recent work already done in the individual work packages. The exchange of work packages were expanded in the afternoon. In small groups (prallel sessions) a customer and vendor situation was created in which the individual workpackages were alternately assume the role of the customer and supplier. The questions related to the work package activities prepared by the lead partner supported this situation. The partners had to clarify what services outputs a work package has to offer and what the other work package requires. In total six exchanges were carried out (WP4 and WP6 I WP5 and WP7 I WP3 and WP8 I WP4 and WP5 I WP6 and WP8 I WP3 and WP7). The aim of these parallel sessions was to define who makes what and when and how the workpackages are connected to each other. The results were presented on the second day and are now defined in concrete tasks for the project partners and experts by the lead partner.
In the NENA meeting on the second day partners from Austria and Switzerland presented a new proposal for an advisory service by the network that creates advantages for the members. Details will be worked out. The service will be started first in Austria and Switzerland.
The highlight on the second day was the excursion to the iHomeLab of the University of Lucerne, which is also part of the work package innovation. Impressively presented the house the possibilities housing in the future will bring.
After two days of intensive discussions, the directions in the project ENERBUILD are clarified and strengthened, and the partners are full with ideas for their project work.
